All the features you always wanted to see in one machine … here they are:

- A full TIG machine with features such as; AC and DC, High Frequency start, both AC and DC pulse, 2 AC waveforms (square and triangular wave), Balance and frequency adjustment, up to 400 Hz*. Not only does this machine have an outstanding arc dynamic that rivals dedicated TIG machines from big name brands; it also has a low starting current and 250 amp max output. This machine is fully customizable with an air cooled or water cooled CK TIG torch (always super flex cables) and your choice of foot pedal, momentary switch, slider, or rotary control. This is not a compromise like a “Jack of all trades – Master of none” kind of deal… this is the real deal!

- A full featured MIG machine. Not only is there an “old school” manual MIG program and a door chart for the few of us that are not ready to dive in headfirst. There is also a large variety of synergic programs for different wires, gases, and applications available. Let’s start with the “classic MIG wire”, so you want to weld it with 75/25 gas or with 100% co2? What diameter? Simply dial in the material thickness on the new advanced operator’s interface on the display and you are good to go! You want to weld stainless, and you have tri mix gas? No problem! This machine has the programs for that built in. Are you doing stainless steel production welding and you don’t want to spend your money on expensive tri mix gases? No problem! We have  the 98/2 program for that too! Welding in the field using gasless wires in .035 or .045 diameter? We have you covered! This machine will automatically internally reverse polarity when you select the matching program. Want to weld aluminum? Sure! With or without pulse? SURE! With manual double pulse? SURE! The possibilities seem endless! You can feed your aluminum wire through the 9' MIG gun or add the 25' spool gun.

- A Stick and pulse stick welder with programs specifically tailored for 7018, 6013 and 6011 rods. Full manual modes; you pick your amperage, hot start, arc force and pulse parameters. Or use our guided Easy Set™ system that keeps you in the weldable range of parameters.

Please note for maximize portability this machine only takes 8" inch rolls of wire.

The Revolution 2500 Steel package includes the following items:

1. HTP 24100, 24 SERIES MIG Gun for Steel, EURO QUICK DISCONNECT, 10' (Part# 24100): This is a MIG gun specifically designed for steel welding and comes with a quick disconnect feature.
2. Victor Flow Gauge Regulator: This regulator is used to control the flow of gas during the welding process.
3. Gas hose (part# tighoseusa) for gas bottle connection: This hose is used to connect the welding machine to the gas bottle for TIG welding.
4. 10' Ground cable and clamp with 35 Dinse connection (part# AO-21041): This 10' cable and clamp are used to establish a grounding connection for safe and efficient welding.
5. 12' foot pedal (part#60300fp-12.5): The 12' foot pedal is used to control the welding current while performing TIG welding.
6. 12' CK17 TIG Torch, 35 Dinse (part# 1712-35d-14b): This TIG torch is compatible with the Revolution 2500 and comes with a 35 Dinse connection.
7.  Includes steel drive roller for .030/035 (part# 63162) already in machine.

   **Please note that the TIG torch does not include any consumables and that you will need at minimum additional contact tips for the MIG Guns.

 The Revolution 2500 Aluminum package includes the following items:

1. HTP 25090, 9' 25 SERIES MIG Gun for Aluminum, EURO QUICK DISCONNECT (Part #25090): This is a MIG gun specifically designed for aluminum welding and comes with a quick disconnect feature.
2. Victor Flow Gauge Regulator: This regulator is used to control the flow of gas during the welding process.
3. Gas hose for tank connection (part# tighoseusa): This hose is used to connect the welding machine to the gas tank for TIG welding.

4. Steel Drive roller for .030/.035 part# 63162)comes installed in the machine.
5. Knurled Drive Roller (part# 63498): Drive roller for flux core or dual shield wire.
6. Two Gas Hoses (part# tighoseusa): These hoses are used for both MIG & TIG welding applications.
7. Victor Flowmeter (part# 07819411): Use the Victor flowmeter for your MIG Set up.
8. Flowmeter for Argon (part# 12020-F): This flowmeter is specifically designed for measuring the flow of argon gas, commonly used in TIG welding.
9. 12’ Foot Pedal (part# 60300P-FP-12): The foot pedal is used to control the welding current while performing TIG welding
10. Heavy Hitter Flex Head Torch with HTP connection (part# 2612HH-35d-14B): This torch features the Heavy Hitter flexible torch head and CK Worldwide super flex power cable and is designed to work with the Revolution 2500. It uses the HTP dinse connection.
11. Electrode holder (part# 22315-arc), 15 foot #2 cable, 35 dinse: This stick electrode holder and cable are used for holding and connecting the welding electrode during the welding process.
12. Slider hand control (part# Sliderpp300-12): The 12’ slider hand control provides an alternative way to control the welding current.
13. Ground clamp and cable assembly (AO-21041): 10’ assembly with #2 cable and 35 Dinse connection.
14.  110/220 Adapter cord (part# 515P650r18) 18” adapter cable.
