The next level of pulse welding the Pro Pulse 300 conquers it all! You asked us for a true, multi-process welding machine capable of MIG, DC TIG, and Stick welding, and the Pro Pulse 300 represents our answer to your requests. Not only did we make the Pro Pulse 300 capable of MIG, DC TIG, and Stick welding, we made the Pro Pulse 300 capable of pulsed MIG, pulsed DC TIG, and pulsed Stick as well. On a machine of this magnitude, you expect the best of the best, so we designed the Pro Pulse 300 to run on single or 3-phase power from 200V to 575V—with no de-rating in output or duty cycle ever! Planning to run this machine on single phase? Please let us know if you have less than 218 volts.
The Pro Pulse 300 features the same convenient 8 square inch LCD and easy to understand menu as the Pro Pulse 220 MTS, but we packed the Pro Pulse 300 with even more features. Some of the features include an ST-arc function, I-Cold Pulse technology for production welding of mild steel, single and double pulse (standard and fully adjustable double pulse) in every pulse program and for every material, along with more adjustable hot start function and slope down function for filling end craters, which enables you to weld aluminum with superior control.
Speaking of superior control, the Pro Pulse 300 features a Swiss-made, 4-roll gear drive wire feeder, with encoder, for precise monitoring of the wire feed rate. For aluminum welding, the fully geared wire feeder features individual adjustable pressure on each set of drive rolls. The wire feed system gives you the ability to run 3/64" aluminum wire through a 10' MIG welding gun or through a push/pull gun up to 35'. Because the Pro Pulse 300 puts out such high peak currents, we offer both air- and water-cooled MIG and TIG options.
A relatively light-weight package makes the Pro Pulse 300 portable enough to bring to any job site, so we also included a spool gun option. We designed our USA-made spool gun to be fully compatible with all hot start, slope down, pulse, and double pulse features, and, of course, the spool gun offers synergic remote control features just like our German-made push/pull systems do. No matter what you weld, from the thinnest auto body material to the thickest, multi-pass material in an industrial or manufacturing setting, the Pro Pulse 300 is the right machine for you. With programs to meet almost every need, from dual-shield stainless to pulsed aluminum on a variety of alloys (4043, 5356, 5554), the Pro Pulse 300 will handle every job meeting or exceeding your expectations!

IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS
The Pro Pulse 300 SHIPS to any business/commercial address with access to a forklift in the Contiguous United States (i.e., the lower 48) for a flat fee of $195. If you choose to ship the machine to your residence, accessorial fees will apply (a residential delivery fee, a lift-gate service fee, and possibly a limited access fee). Accessorial fees vary by ship to location and by freight carrier. You may place your order online, but you will be contacted by Customer Service to arrange and pay for any applicable accessorial fees. To avoid accessorial fees, we can also ship the machine to your nearest freight terminal, where the carrier will hold your machine for you to pick-up.
Also, if your ship to address is in Alaska, Guam, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any other U.S. Territory outside of the Contiguous United States, partial shipping charges will apply and accessorial fees may apply. You may still place your order online, but you will be contacted by Customer Service to arrange and pay for partial shipping along with any applicable accessorial fees.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING TRUCK FREIGHT SHIPMENTS AND LOST OR DAMAGED GOODS
KEEP ALL SHIPPING CARTONS AND PACKAGING MATERIALS!
Your truck freight shipment leaves our facility and is accepted by the freight carrier in good condition. The material becomes your property when signed for by the freight carrier. Our responsibility for the shipment ceases when signed for and removed from our facility by the freight carrier.
Inspect your shipment thoroughly as soon as received. If possible, unpack the shipment in the presence of the driver. If this is a "HOLD ON DOCK FOR PICK-UP" shipment, inspect the shipment prior to leaving the freight terminal. If you do not inspect the shipment for loss or damage prior to signing for and leaving the freight terminal with the shipment, then the freight carrier will claim that you damaged the shipment bringing it home. If you notice loss or damage, then you must note this on the freight bill.
We are willing to assist you in every possible manner in the collections of claims for loss or damage, but this willingness does not make us responsible for such collection of claims or replacement of materials.

Pro pulse 300
It is a amazing machine I have been in business since 1979 and used Miller and Lincoln an if you have a problem or question good luck getting a answer. If you're looking for a good machine and people who care to help you get very thing rite go with HTP Lenny Bogert Bogert Welding
A wonderful welder in so many ways
I am a huge HTP fan and have used and owned the Invertig 221 and Invertig 400, the ProPulse 200 (now the ProPulse 220 MTS), the ProPulse 300, and the fabulous Inverarc 200. The ProPulse 300 is an amazing welder with far more capabilities than I can take advantage of as a DIY Hobby Welder. I have only used it in the MIG modes because I used the Invertigs for TIG welding. But if the potential buyer is looking for a commercial grade welder that can run all day long and do just about anything and can afford the difference between the PP300 and PP220 MTS, I would definitely urge them to "take the leap". The added amperage horsepower and added pulse options are definitely worth the price difference. Both have the same wonderful control screen where the operator can immediately see the machine parameters so it comes down to added power and capabilities. Of note is that the ProPulse 300 is larger and heavier welder if portability is an issue. All I can say is it absoultely FABULOUS!
Everything about the machine is great, from the first time I pulled the trigger I knew this machine was different, beautiful arc and amazing control. The interface is a extremely easy to use and the synergic programs are spot on. This machine also has the most robust drive roll system Ive ever seen (4 rollers, all driven) . If you're a welder and haven't tried pulse spray you dont know what you're missing. -Aaron-
Pro Pulse 300
It's a really awesome machine. Great people to deal with. super fast shipping. I talked to Peter, he knows his stuff. Thanks to USA Weld for a great experience. Larry
What can I say...it's simply a BEAST unlike anything in the same 300A class
So I was one of the first to order one of these bad mamma jammas in June 2018. Where to start..... This is one amazing pulse-spraying MONSTER! I mean it is effortless. With peak amp outputs of up to 600A and who knows how much ungodly voltage (you can dial 40V at most, but on the peaks it may be even higher!), it will produce the most outrageously powerful pulsed-spray arc. You can even do pulsed-spray on steel using C25 gas, that's how much juice it can put out (but it is better on 92/8 though!). Look at other "pulse" MIG videos on YouTube, and you can see spatter flying everywhere. Not this thing. Spatter is nearly non-existent when set-up correctly , except perhaps for the initial touching of the wire when it has to initiate the arc. The manual-double-pulse lets you (if you're savvy enough), set-up your own hi-lo pulse parameters for creating "MIG like TIG" but WITHOUT fear of cold-lap/fusion like the other guys using a measly 25-30% of the amps that they should be using for a particular joint. Just look at the pic where I used manual-double-pulse on 1/4" steel. Those hot blasts of molten steel burnt up my glove pretty much right away. You MUST have good gloves to withstand the heat of a pulsed-spray arc at high amps! Oh, and look at the pic again....see any spatter?? ;-)
