Placed my order online without any issues. Products were easy to find. Items arrived when promised with the exception of one item. A quick phone call and the missing item was promptly on it way. I have nothing but good things to say about this company. It still ran or seems to be where you actually get to speak to someone when you call. You don’t feel as though your bothering someone and the people there seem to honestly like what they do and genuinely want to help you. To me that’s something Miller, and Lincoln could take some tips on. As for their welders I believe there some of the best. I’ve welded with all the big name brands and I absolutely love my HTP’s there loaded with USEFUL features, their menus are not hard to navigate, and there not made in China.They look, feel, and operate like a well made machine. You actually feel like your getting what you paid for.
