Now, with our Quick Spot II, anyone can make factory looking spot welds quickly, easily, and affordably. This 220-volt powerhouse produces 6000 amps, making rust and panel repairs a snap. The Quick Spot II welds with virtually no warpage and finishing work is minimized because no metal is added in the welding process. You don't have to worry about pitting windshields or burning interiors because the Quick Spot II eliminates spatter.
Best of all, the Quick Spot II requires absolutely no welding skills to operate. Microprocessor technology allows you to easily select the thickness of the panels you are welding. To weld, simply squeeze the handle together and the Quick Spot II does the rest. It even has a pulse feature for burning through primers.
We carry an assortment of spot welding arms for the Quick Spot II so you can tackle just about any welding job that comes your way. We recommend the Quick Spot II for the sophisticated home shop, body man, sheet metal fabrication shop, or antique restorer.
The distance between the bottom of one arm and the top of the other arm, with the electrodes touching, measures 4".
Includes 4-3/4" Straight Arms with Offset Electrodes (Part# 673151).
1 year warranty
Does not come with a plug; please purchase a 30A plug that works with your 220V power receptacle. The Quick Spot II power cord comes with a blue wire, a brown wire, and a green/yellow wire. Connect the green/yellow wire to the ground, the blue wire to one hot leg, and the brown wire to the other hot leg.

Very easy to set up and use I had great results welding a sunroof into a 52 VW Beetle. I’m looking forward to trying it on my next project. I highly recommend it for classic car projects
Very good. A little heavy as expected (and necessary) but easy to use and intuitive on the settings after a few uses. Excellent quality of the machine and the spot welds are nice. Only complaint is the main screws used to lock the large copper rods to the unit are short on the threads and one started to slip. Replaced both screws with longer threads for full contact. Problem solved.
Really good experience. I’ve used it on 18 gauge sheet metal so far and once I got used to operating it it worked really well. I love the machine so far.
What a great asset to my shop. This spot welder is so easy to dial in. I get reliable consistent welds every time. I do allot of galvanized, the pulse feature makes it a breeze. Beware that you have to supply and install a plug. I used a welder plug and 3D printed a bushing out of TPU material to make the cord fit the opening in the plug.
I cannot say enough good things about our Quick Spot II. We've been restoring/resto-modding our 71 Dodge Demon for about two years now. We replaced a lot of metal with new panels and this spot welder has made it possible to weld them in like the factory did. We have been able to use this unit to spot weld 95% of our panels, with only a very few spots that had to be plug welded due to space/location limitations. We have a lot of visitors come by to see the garage and project. And as we are, they are completely impressed by this unit's capabilities. By r, this is the best handheld spot welder on the market.
