Now, with our Quick Spot II, anyone can make factory looking spot welds quickly, easily, and affordably. This hand held 220-volt powerhouse produces 6000 amps, making rust and panel repairs a snap. The Quick Spot II welds with virtually no warpage and finishing work is minimized because no metal is added in the welding process. You don't have to worry about pitting windshields or burning interiors because the Quick Spot II eliminates spatter.
Best of all, the Quick Spot II requires absolutely no welding skills to operate. Microprocessor technology allows you to easily select the thickness of the panels you are welding. To weld, simply squeeze the handle together and the Quick Spot II does the rest. It even has a pulse feature for burning through primers.
We carry an assortment of spot welding arms for the Quick Spot II so you can tackle just about any welding job that comes your way. We recommend the Quick Spot II for the sophisticated home shop, body man, sheet metal fabrication shop, or antique restorer.
The distance between the bottom of one arm and the top of the other arm, with the electrodes touching, measures 4".
Includes 4-3/4" Straight Arms with Offset Electrodes (Part# 673151).
1 year warranty
Does not come with a plug-please purchase a 30A plug that works with your 220V power receptacle. The Quick Spot II power cord comes with a blue wire, a brown wire, and a green/yellow wire. Connect the green/yellow wire to the ground, the blue wire to one hot leg, and the brown wire to the other hot leg.

Welder works awesome- spot welded body panels on a ‘67 Chevy truck - did a great job!
For the price point I would have liked the welder to have come in a case otherwise a great purchase
Works great! Would definitely recommend this spot welder, it’s a workhorse! Made easy work installing inner and outer wheel houses for an older Camaro.
I've been looking into these for a while now. I have been autobody work for 40yrs and can say this spot welder works fantastic. I have done destructive tests on different metal thicknesses from 20ga to 14ga and it has passed with flying colors. I just replaced a roof panel on a Ford F-700 and using this welder along with structural adhesive it looked factory when completed. It saves a huge amount of time over drilling holes, plug welding and dressing the welds with a mig.
It will stop welding and go into protect mode if you weld too fast because it senses when it gets too hot but that's no big deal because you will still be saving a huge amount of time by not having to clean up the mig welds.
Anyone looking at this unit or on the fence about getting on I highly recommend it. HTP (usa weld) is great to work with, employees are very helpful and frieI'vI've been looking into these for a while now. I've used a Miller 220v spot welder on countless high-end projects from automotive to custom lighting in my fab shop for the last 25 years. No matter how well-tuned I had my machine, it never performed as well as I would've liked. After much searching for something better I decided to try the Quick Spot II. This machine can run circles around the Miller! Perfect welds every time, and a machine that's not nearly as bulky and much more versatile than my old machine with pulse and continuous modes, material thickness presets and the ability to adjust tong pressure without guessing or hunting for a sweet spot. I went for the spot-welding arm kit as well and it has been worth every penny. This is a top-notch machine!
