Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?
You cannot cancel your submitted order through our website. Please call our customer service department at (847) 357-0700. Have your order number ready to expedite your request. If you get our voicemail in the evening or on the weekend, please leave a message and we will get back to you as soon as possible. You can also email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org; include your order number and daytime telephone number.
Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax applies to orders shipping to Illinois, Indiana, Michigan, and Wisconsin. Canadian orders will be charged the appropriate provincial tax.
How do I check the status of my web order?
The best way to check the status of your order is to call customer service at (847) 357-0700. As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, we send an email with your tracking information. You can use that information to track your order with FedEx, UPS, USPS, or with the freight carrier.
What do I do if I forgot my password?

American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa Credit Cards, Debit Cards with the Visa or MasterCard logos, and PayPal.

How can I return an item?
To return an item, please call customer service at (847) 357-0700 and they will provide you with a return authorization number to include with your package.
*Returns subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the total purchase price. Also, the original cost of shipping and handling (including any refusal fees) will be deducted from the refund total.
How does the 30-Day Money Back Guarantee work?
We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on our MIG welders, Stick welders, TIG welders, and plasma cutters! Try the machine in your own shop, on your own projects, for 30 days; if you aren't satisfied for any reason, we will take the machine back.
With our 30-day money back guarantee policy, you pay the cost of return shipping to our facility in Elk Grove Village, IL, and we deduct the original shipping cost of the machine and accessories from our facility to you from your refund. Also, we will not refund the cost of any used consumables (wire, tips, nozzles, etc.). It is your responsibility to contact HTP America, Inc. at (847) 357-0700 for a return authorization code in order to return the machine. Please make sure that you package the machine with sufficient packaging materials to ensure that the machine arrives back to us damage free. We also recommend adding insurance to your return shipment.
