Love the mig gun but whats up with the supplied o-rings
I received my HTP flex neck my gun from my snap on MM250SL welder with the consumables and was excited because it looks great. However, when I hooked it up to my welder, there was a serious gas leak at the wire feed connection. I tracked the problem down to the O-rings that were supplied with the mig gun being too small to seal to the wire feed assembly in the welder. They appeared to be at least .001th or more too small. I was able to swap out the brownish red O-rings for some green O-rings. I have for my automotive air-conditioning stuff and the gas leak was mostly eliminated. I emailed the company to find out why the O-rings which are supplied which is small, but I never got a response. I also noticed that the gas diffuser that was installed on the flex neck does not appear to match the gas diffuser installed in the box of consumables also, I attempted to unscrew the gas diffuser on the flex neck and it is either extremely tight or not meant to be replaced because the neck begin to twist long before the guest diffuser would unscrew. Being able to talk to somebody at HTP would be extremely helpful. However, I have not been successful in getting through to anyone and my emails are not returned
