Keep extras on Hand

The swirl ring is the magic demn of a plasma torch. It's near impossible to tell when they've worn out, as there is little visual indication of such, so keep a few extras on hand. If changing the tip/electrode doesn't fix a firing issue, the swirl ring is probably the culprit and the low cost to make the swap to a new one will mean that the time saved fussing with it will more than pay for the cost of the replacement.
