CRZR contact tip, 10-pack. The tips measure 1-1/4" in length. The threaded end measures M8 x 1.25. These contact tips are used with the HTP Pro Pulse and Revolution Aluminum guns part# 26080 and 25090. This is also used in the water cooled guns. Please make sure to select the correct size using the drop down box. When welding aluminum we recommend that you order a contact tip a size bigger then the wire you are using (Ex .035 wire purchase the .040 contact tip).

I will only use these.40 for aluminum mig .035 4043. Never had a birds nest while using these tips. Get your settings dialed in and one tip lasts for a good long time compared to internet junk tips.
