15 Series (180A) flex neck MIG welding gun for select Snap-On® and Systematics® welders. We do offer a consumable kit for this gun part# 50015Flex. This gun uses HTP America® 15 Series consumables (except for the liner; for the steel liner, please visit the following link: 15TG Steel Liner, and for the Teflon liner, please visit the following link: 15TG Teflon Liner). To remove the gas nozzle, twist clockwise and pull. To install the gas nozzle, twist clockwise and push. You will need to trim liner to the correct length to fit your machine. (Please note that this will not work with the FM140 only the FM140A-the FM140 has a pigtail connection)
Please Note: Do not bend the flex neck into a complete U-shape—the neck can crack.

This is excellent mig gun and cable. I have used this gun for about 2 years with no problem with it and love the flex head. I have a 1985 snap on welder that is very hard to find parts for but this cable fits it excellent. 5 Stars

I have had one of these flex guns on my Miller machine for a few years. I was happy to see that they now make one for my Snap-On machine as well. Works great! Highly recommended for exhaust work.
